- Place your pot on heat with the goat meat and stock inside, add sliced onions. when it boils add washed dry fish, black pepper, salt and Maggi. Add moderate water
- Using a dry mill blender, blend the ogbono with some of the cry fish. Pour in a small pot and add palm oil as desired, place it on heat and keep stirring until all lumps dissolve and turn off heat.
