- Take some 2 carrot, 1/2 cabbage,2 onion and capsicum and chop them finely.
- Saute the vegetables in kadhai for few minutes at medium flame.
- Put the veggies in the sooji batter. Now add 6 glass of water. Mix it well. The consistancy should be little bit thin.
- Cover the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Take an appam pan and grease it with some oil. Preheat it on a low flame for 5mins
- Take the batter and using a spoon pour the batter in all. Cover it and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.
- After 5 mins flip the appam and let it cook on it's other side.
