  3. Now add the milk gradually. To make the batter. It should be neither too thin or thick. Add the kaju and kismis. Now in a pan add ghee and put a portion of the batter. Spread it into small round shapes. Now let it cook from both side but on low flame as gur tends to caramelize faster and tends to burn. So in flow flame cook both the sides. Be careful as they are very soft. Serve it with honey or maple syrup.
