  1. Add 2cup maida in a bowl add salt and baking soda then mix it well in a mixer grinder add eggs,sugar,ghee,cardamon powder grind it well.then add the mixer into maida mix it well.
  2. Add 100 ml maida also knead it well then close the lid. Let it rest for 2hours.after 2hours.spread some ghee in counter top take our dough and place it to our counter top knead it well.
  3. Divide the dough into two from each half into rectangular log.cut into daimond shape place it into hot oil and fry in medium flame.fry till golden brown.let it cool down and serve.
