  1. Mix plain flour, rice flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, salt, turmeric and baking powder in a bowl. Now add water as required and make a thick batter which can be coated on the banana pieces nicely.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot at the banana pieces into the batter and fry it until golden in colour. Prepare all the pieces in the same way.
  4. Solve it hot with tea or coffee.
