Instructions to make Raw Mango Mint Chutney:
- Firstly in a blender take 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves and peeled raw mango chopped and just a tsp of lemon juice.
- Also add 3 clove garlic, 3 inch ginger and 3 green chilli & salt. I like to use walnuts as it works as a preservative too
- Blend everything to a smooth paste adding water (only if needed add a spoon only)
- Don’t put too much water at a time otherwise chutney will become very runny.
- Green chutney is ready to use for sandwich or chaats.

It is Prepared by crushing and blending all the ingredients like raw mangoes, mint and coriander leaves with basic spices like salt and cumin seeds.
