  6. See the vadas become pluffy and increased it sides. Squeeze it and take out in a plate.
  7. Make Masala Curd. Take homemade curd in a bowl add water, sugar. Whisk it and make creamy curd. Sugar will dissolve. Add salt, black salt, black pepper. Whisk it and Masala curd is ready.
  8. Get all assembling Ingredients ready. In a serving plate arrange the Wadas, pour creamy curd, green spicy chutney, sweet tangy tarmarind Chutney.
