  1. Method - Take a cooker add Ghee, jeera, sabut lal mirch,lung, elaichi, onion sauté for 5-6 min. Now add sesame again saute for 2-3min.
  2. Now add.. all veggies haldi,salt,deggi mirch,garam masala,black pepper, vinegar.. saute for 5-6 min.
  3. Now add rice and water and add 1 tsp desi ghee cover with the lid just 1whistle.. serve hot with boondi Raita and green chutney
