Steps to make Umpa:
- Add chopped chillies,ginger,curry leaves,in pastel make a coarse paste,
- Heat the oil in pan on medium flame add hing jeera, mustard seeds,udad daal and chana daal,let them sizzle,
- Add ginger chilli paste,mix it cook it for 1 min then add chopped onion,let them translucent,then add peanuts,and tomatoes salt, cook it until tomatoes become very soft then add roasted rawa,mix it well,add 3 cup boiled water mix nicely,cover it with lid cook it 5-6 min.on low flame or we get a dry mixture.in between stir it to avoid sticking,
- Garnish with coriander leaves,and lemon
