  3. In a separate sufuria put cooking oil allow it to heat up.
  4. Add chopped onions and stir as you add salt for a minute
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cover it to cook for 2 minutes till it is fine.
  6. Add boiled bananas and stir for a minute as you add water then cover to summer for like 3 minutes.
  7. Put coriander and stir.
  8. Matoke is ready to serve with avocado.Enjoy.
