- Heat the oven, coat pan with butter and flour and set aside.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. mix in the milo.
- Beat in butter one teaspoon at a time. Mix till the mixture looks like a damp sand
- Beat in egg one at a time. Add vanilla
- Mix the milk with water and add.
- Finally pour in the malt. Mix till batter is smooth.
- Pour in pan and bake for 35mins or until a skewer comes out smooth.
- Bring out and let to cool. Your cake is ready.
