- In a hot Sufuria, add cooking oil and the onions. Cook until golden brown
- Add the tomatoes and cook on medium heat until soft to crush.
- Add the carrots and beef cubes. Slowly stir together and cook for 3mins.
- Add the potatoes and the plaintains together. Add salt and the tumeric, mix thoughly.
- Let cook for 3mins on medium heat and continue to mix together.
- Add your water and leave to cook until ready. Once ready, turn off heat and add your dhania cut into small pieces.
- Serve with slices of avocado and enjoy!
