Moisten all 4 edges of wonton wrapper with water, then pull the top corner down to the bottom, folding the wrapper over the filling to make a triangle. Press edges firmly to make a seal. Bring left and right corners together above the filling. Overlap the tips of these corners, moisten with water and press together. Continue until all wrappers are used.
- For soup - take a pan add 1 tsp seasame oil, then add chopped garlic and ginger, saute them till raw flavor gone, then add chopped onions, carrot, and cabbage, saute them, for 30sec on medium flame.
- Then add soya sauce, salt and vinegar, black pepper powder, and add 2 cups or clear vegetable stock of water,cook on medium flame for 3 min. while stirring occasionally.
- Turn the flame to high,put the prepared wontons gradually into the boiling soup,mix gently,and cook on a medium flame for 6 to 7 min.while stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately garnished with spring onion whites and greens.
