  6. Add seasoning and salt to taste. Then wrap mix in green leaves. Set 1 cup of warm water in a pot with some news paper to protect wrapped moimoi. Allow to cook to taste.
  7. Boil Turkey until properly cooked. Then deep fry it.
  8. Serve your moimoi and Turkey.

I tried the moi moi I made and not too bad. I think I should have added a bit more water to the mix. Other than that, it's pretty good. Moi Moi is a protein-rich food originating from West Africa.
