  4. Now take a wolk add 1 litre water add 2 green cardamoms. Boil it when the water comes boil add 2 tsp salt or as per taste then add the soaked rice and boil it untill it cooked 75%. When rice is done, strain it and keep the strain water aside.
  5. Take a vessel put one layer of cooked rice add 2 tbsp oil of onion then add the whole mixture of marinated dal then add whole rice add 1 1/2 cups of rice water and add leftover oil of onion. Mix the orange food colour in little water then spread on rice and spread the left fry onion.
  6. Cover and cooked the rice for 4 minutes on high flame then turn the flame low and cooked it for 10-15 minutes. The biryani is ready to serve.
