  1. Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 5-6 hours. Water should be enough to cover the sabudana.
  2. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan till it reduces to half in quantity.
  3. Take the grated sweet potato and fry in 1 tbsp ghee till it gets soft or cooked.
  4. Now in the thickened milk add soaked sabudana.
  5. Cook it on low flame till the sabudana gets cooked and becomes translucent.
  6. Now add the fried sweet potato, Gulkand, sugar, cardomom powder,raisins and rose water.
  7. Cook for 5-6 minutes on sim. Turn off the gas.
  8. Garnish it with chopped almonds and raisins.
  9. Serve it either chilled or hot according to your taste.
