  3. Add saffron colour to one part,green colour to another part and let the remain part as it is.
  4. Heat a pan,put one part of sooji, coloured orange water & milk. Cook till it become a smooth paste.stir continuously.
  5. Heat another part of sooji with green colour, milk& water.Cook till becomes a smooth paste.
  6. In another heated pan add leftover portion of sooji, milk& water.cook till it becomes smooth paste.
  7. Take a bowl,Grease it with desi ghee,pour orange paste first & press it,now add white paste & then green paste & pressed well.
  8. Let it cool down. - Put a plate on it and take out the halwa. - Garnish with almonds.
