  4. Place a portion of the cheese mixture in the centre, gather the edges, seal and shape them into round tikki.
  5. Heat ghee in a non stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides till golden.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tamarind chutney and curd.

The stuffing should not be visible from outside. The final shape should ressemble a cutlet. Now shallow fry these tikkis in a frying pan greased with oil to golden brown.
