- Place a portion of the cheese mixture in the centre, gather the edges, seal and shape them into round tikki.
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides till golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tamarind chutney and curd.
The stuffing should not be visible from outside. The final shape should ressemble a cutlet. Now shallow fry these tikkis in a frying pan greased with oil to golden brown.
