Tawa paneer masala is a semi dry curry with capsicum/bell pepper, onions, tomatoes and To make this recipe, you will need paneer/cottage cheese, capsicum, onion, tomatoes and the regular Indian spices-herbs. Paneer tikka masala is a delicious, creamy & flavorful Indian dish made by grilling paneer & then simmering it in a masala gravy. - Cut paneer into pieces. Add curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 red chilli powder, 1/4 turmeric powder in it and marinate it for half an hour.
- Meanwhile roughly chop onion tomatoes.
- Heat a pan add butter in it. Now add chopped onion saute it for 2 minutes then add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ginger garlic paste in it. Again saute it for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes and salt in it cover with lid.
- After 5 minutes switch off the gas. Take out the material and keep it aside, let them cool.
- Now heat the same pan pour ghee in it to fry paneer.
- Till then grind all the onion tomatoes and make paste of it. Now heat pan and add butter in it. Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and tomato ketchup along with paste.fry at low flame.
- Now add little water in it. Cook for 10 minutes then add paneer pieces in it cover with lid for 2 minutes now add kasoori methi in it. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Paneer is a fresh cheese made by curdling heated milk with any acids such as lemon. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and sauté till oil begins to leave the masala. Stir and add sliced baby corn, paneer pieces, garam masala powder and mix well.
