Steps to make Sooji halwa:
- Take a pan n roast the suji on low flame for 4 mins..Roast it properly otherwise it will taste raw.once aroma start to come add ghee to it roast it for another 4 mins.
- Other side prepare sugar syrup using water,sugar n strands..Boil it nicely so that the sugar dissolves…At least 10 mins.
- When roasting is done add the sugar syrup into it…N mix nicely for atleast 10 mins more…U will see ghee leaving the pan…
- At last add cardamom powder n 1 spoon ghee for extra flavour.
- Garnish it with dryfruits.
