Steps to make Sooji halwa:
  1. Take a pan n roast the suji on low flame for 4 mins..Roast it properly otherwise it will taste raw.once aroma start to come add ghee to it roast it for another 4 mins.
  2. Other side prepare sugar syrup using water,sugar n strands..Boil it nicely so that the sugar dissolves…At least 10 mins.
  3. When roasting is done add the sugar syrup into it…N mix nicely for atleast 10 mins more…U will see ghee leaving the pan…
  4. At last add cardamom powder n 1 spoon ghee for extra flavour.
  5. Garnish it with dryfruits.
