- When oil is getting separated add fresh chhana water or normal water. Cook it for 5-6 mins. Now put the balls into gravy and cook it for 7-8 mins. Do not cover with lid.
- Add garam masala powder, ghee and cook it for 2 mins. Fresh Chhana Kofta is ready to be served. Served with puri, roti or naan.
