In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and sausage until no longer pink; drain. Drain and pat dry the noodles. Overlap one third of the noodles atop the sauce to cover the pan bottom. Spread all the cooked sausage over the noodles and spoon over another cup of sauce.

Instructions to make Lasagna:
  1. In a pan heat together the cutlet Podi,tomato paste & water.cook till the tomato paste blends & coats the beef. Add the chopped parsley,salt and pepper to taste.set this aside.
  2. Meanwhile boil enough water with salt and cook the lasagna sheets till done.Drain & show it under tap water.patdry and place the sheets separately sothat it doesn't stick.
  3. Beat with a fork the eggs,cream cheese,salt and pepper & 1/4 cup water.
  4. Oil a baking glass dish & place 2 lasagna sheets.spoon some beef mixture over it.sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and some egg mixture over it.
  5. Then place the lasagna sheets and repeat the process till all the beef mixture & sheets are used.top layer should be the last pair of lasagna sheets.
  6. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 30 minutes/cheese melts & top is golden brown.

Lay down the second third of noodles. Cook the noodles "al dente" so they'll still have quite a bite to them. When they're finished cooking, drain, rinse with cool water, and lay the noodles flat on a sheet of aluminum foil. Remove the meatballs and sausage from the sauce, and set aside to cool slightly, then chop coarsely. Cover with a layer of noodles.
