- Cover the bolognese sauce with bechamel sauce
- Repeat these steps (sheets-bolognese-bechamel) until you reach the top of the baking dish
- Finish with the grated cheese (a lot of it!)
- Preheat oven to 180 celsius
- Bake for about 20 minutes
- Grill for another 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
