  3. In the meanwhile, prepare the cornflour slurry with 1 tsp cornflour and 2 tbsps water. Add to the boiling sauce mixture and immediately stir so that no lumps form. Keep stirring till the sauce thickens to the desired consistency. It will take 2-3 minutes. Once it will cool and come to room temperature it will thicken more.
  4. Once done, pour it in a serving bowl and let it come to a room temperature before serving with your favourite appetisers and starters. For longer self life keep it in fridge. Bon appetit!!!!
