Here I have innovated this traditional dessert into a healthy version of it. I have made theses Malpuas with Urad daal batter instead of refined flour. My kids enjoyed the homemade Mac and cheese. It was a good portion for them.

Now take Kadhai and add butter and garlic and cook for one mint add tomato puree and cook for about 5 Mints cover with the lid, stir on medium flame now add spices and sauces and add boiled pasta and mix well, add some grated cheese and again mix it. Red sauce and Pasta are ready.
- #Next step is to Make Lasagna- Take A Baking Dish and add first one tsp Tomato Sauce and spread this, now add bread pasta sheets add white sauce layer then add red sauce pasta layer and some Cheese, Again repeat this prosses and last layer top it with white sauce and cheese Garnish with some spices and bake this in microwave 4 to 5 Mints until cheese gets melted. Ready to eat yummy lasagna, now cut the pieces and serve it hot.
