- Add garlic and chili flakes. Saute it for a minute.
- Add onion, vegetables, spinach and pepper powder. Add salt per taste. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- We will make marinara sauce by taking some Pizza sauce in a bowl and adding water to adjust consistency.
- Now we will start assembling lasagna.
- In a pan, spread some marinara sauce.
- Put dried lasagna sheet. Lasagna sheet should be dried and pan sized.
- On lasagna sheet, spread white sauce and marinara sauce as per taste.
- Spread vegetable filling and grated cheese. Put lasagna sheet over it, spread white sauce and marinara sauce. Put vegetable filling and spread. Put grated cheese.
- Repeat the steps.
- In the last sheet, do the same layer. Lasagna is ready to cook.
- Now place the pan on stove and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. In between spread the cheese all around after it melts.
- After 20 minutes, off the flame and sprinkle some fresh coriander. Lasagna is ready to serve.
