Now transfer the boiled pineapple pieces into a food processor and grind well till it turns into a smooth paste. Pour the pineapple pulp into a pan and boil, add some ghee followed by sugar and a pinch of yellow food color.

  1. Cut the pineapple very finally chopped. Blend pineapple pieces in grinder with half cup of sugar
  2. Put the pineapple paste in a pan and cook till thicken Cook, stirring on medium heat.
  3. In another pan boil the milk is getting heated, in a small bowl, take 3 tbsp warm milk. you can take the 3 tbsp warm milk from the milk which is getting heated up or warm 3 tbsp milk separately in a microwave oven or on the stove top. add 3 tbsp custard powder. with a whisk stir very well to make a smooth paste without any lumps. - when the milk has come to a gentle heat, add sugar. stir very well so that the sugar dissolves. keep the flame on a low
  4. Add khoya /condensed milk and then add the custard paste in parts.The mixture will thicken slowly. for a thicker cook for a few more minutes. Add dry fruits and yellow colour in it allow the custard to cool at room temperature. also keep in mind, that as the custard cools, it will thicken more.
  5. After custard is cool add pineapple essence and cooked pineapple paste mix well decorate with dry fruits and grated pineapple enjoy yummy kheer..
