- Soak saffron in milk for atleast 30mins.
- Now heat a pan with 2 tbsp of ghee…Add suji and roast for 2 min on low flame.
- Take roasted suji out in a plate.
- In the same pan add 1 cup water and let it boil..Add roasted suji and saffron milk…
- Stir quickly to avoid lumps…and cook covered for 2 mins…
- Add cooked pineapple along with it's sugar syrup.
- Again stir well..Add remaining ghee, sugar and chopped nuts… stir…and Cook for another min.
- After a min switch off the flame..
- Delicious pineapple kesari bath is ready to serve..
