  3. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil,add dry garam masala,bay leaf& chopped onion stir for a mints.
  4. Ginger garlic paste & tomato puree,cook nicely.
  5. Add turmeric powder,coriander powder&red chilli powder cooked nicely.Add potato.
  6. Add 2 cup water &cover it.
  7. Add kofta &off the gas.Garnishing with coriander leaves serve with boiled rice or roti or paratha.
