  3. Turn on the gas. In a saucepan /Kadhai take 2 cups sugar 200 gms Add 1/2 cup water let sugar to be melt. Now add 1tbsp lemon juice
  4. Keep the flame in medium. Now add dissolve cornflour mix. There no need to check the sugar syrup consistency.
  5. Stir continuously the cornflour mixture will turn into transparent. Now add little ghee
  6. Stir continuously till the mixture gather in one mass
  7. Now add the chopped cashews and badam. Little bit of orange food colour.
  8. Take a bowl grease with ghee Pour the mixture in it
  9. Let it set for 1 hour Transfer the mixture from the bowl to plate.
  10. Give a shape as you like.
