  4. Add bread pieces, cut into small squares. 5 brown bread slices are used. - - Mix all together so that every bread piece is coated well with masala. Slow roast for 3 minutes.
  5. Slow roast under medium heat. Add remaining butter. Mix. Garnish with finely chopped cilantros. - - Serve hot with ketchup / garlic mayonnaise. Enjoy.
