  3. Cut a small amount of the dough nd roll it out,as thin as possible
  4. Brush the edge with water,
  5. Press the edges down,to stick together as shown here
  6. Roll out with both hands
  7. Cut off the edges to prevent the filing from coming out
  8. Deep fry on low heat,then high untill goldness is achieved
