- Cut potato,brinjal and capsicum in to circles.take a pan add oil,vegetables and salt cook it in high flame when the vegetables turn reddish brown.turn of the flame leave it aside.
- Meat preparation,take a pan add oil,garlic and chopped onion cook It till it turn golden brown then add mutton then add red chillies,salt,green chillies tanduri masala for colour and tomato pure and water.cook it till the meat tender.dont dry the water.take out the mutton from stock and leave it a side.
- Rice preparation.put the rice in to the stock and cook it.
- Serving method:,take a big pan set the vegetable in it then add mutton then rice.and press it with soft hands.then put it on the stove and cook it on slow flame for to minutes.
- Serving technique:,tak a big tray and turn the pan up side down.ready to serve enjoy
