- Sieve flour with baking powder,add sugar,margarine and mix to incorporate. Add water gradually to form a dough

- Roll it on floured surface to form oval shape
- Put a tablespoon of the filling at one end of the rolled_out dough then fold the dough over the filling.
- Fold in the edges too..roll til the oda end..u can seal the end with little water. Repeat fr d rest
- Heat oil on high heat fr abt 5mins, then reduce the heat to medium and put the rolls to fry. Do not overcrowd the pan
- Fry fr abt 5 to 6 mins turning half way until golden brown
- Remove and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
- Enjoy!!
- Note: Do not put too much baking powder, as the rolls may turn out wit big holes and absorb a lot of oil
