Just crumble the paneer with hand. I have used store bought paneer today. Home made paneer works perfectly fine for making this bhurji too!. Use whatever you have on hand.
Instructions to make Oats Beetroot paratha and Paneer Bhurji:
- For paratha:- Mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough. Greased it with ghee & Covered with towel for 10 min.
- For Bhurji:- Tempting with onion into oil & fried thz onions lil bit. Then all the ingredients step by step & saute for 5-6 minutes. Keep aside for cooling.
- After 10 minutes….knead the dough again & take small equal portions of it for paratha. Roll them & fried thz with ghee.
Heat oil in a pan and add in the cumin seeds, minced garlic and minced ginger. Beetroot paratha recipe - Healthy & colorful beetroot paratha for toddlers and kids. These make a great Breakfast and also go well in the lunch box. They are good to serve with a chutney, dal or any curry. These parathas can also be used to make wraps or kathi rolls for the after school snack.
