  5. Divide the rolled sheet into two equal halves with help of a knife. Lift one part and stuff the filling and grated cheese and give a fold with a fork.

  7. Heat heavy bottom pan in medium heat. Add few drops of oil and place the samosa on pan.
  8. When the samosa start to change colour from sides, flip it over and lightly press the paratha all round and flip. Shallow fry the samosa both sides till golden brown.
  9. Garnished with grated cheese and serve with tomato sauce.
