  4. Take wheat flour and Maida in one big bowl add red chilli flakes salt and oregano add chopped coriander leaves and knead a dough.
  5. Make equal sized bolls from the potatoes mixture
  6. Now roll out the roti from dough and fill one potatoes mixture boll in it again roll the paratha and roast it applying oil or ghee on both the sides.
  7. Yummy paratha is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Combine the flour and salt and knead it into soft and pliable dough with sufficient warm water. Add the oil and knead again till the dough is smooth and elastic.
