Parathas Stuffed with Vegetables and Cheese : Assorted veggies, finely chopped, are sautéed with a tempering of jeera and mixed with cheese to make a mouth-watering stuffing for these parathas. A mix of plain and whole wheat flours is used to make this sumptuous paratha as these proportions keep the dough elastic enough to house an elaborate stuffing.

Instructions to make Veg cheese paratha:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add photo mozzarella cheese onion and cabbage mix well now add salt coriander powder, red chilli powder Garam masala,chaat masala in it.
  2. Now add chopped coriander leaves mix more.Keep aside
  3. Take wheat flour add some salt knead into a soft and smooth dough by adding water as needed
  4. Once a dough is kneaded add oil and knead 2-3 minutes more.
  5. Now make small balls of the dough and roll them out into round chapatis.
  6. On one chapati carefully add the filling on the half side of chapati
  7. Fold the other half on the filled side seal the edge with oil and roll it
  8. Heat a flat bottom pan when hot roast the filled paratha till both sides are cooked well.
  9. Serve hot with butter

In making cheese parathas I made stuffing with veggies, cheese, pizza seasoning and chilli. You can add any vegetable of your choice and also you can make it more or less spicy according to your choice. In making cheese paratha it is very important that you knead nice soft and elastic dough. To make dough for vegetable and cheese paratha, in a deep bowl, take whole wheat flour. You can use a combination of maida and atta to keep the paratha healthy yet soft.
