  4. Make ready 1 inch stick Grated ginger

  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp Chopped green chilli
  7. Make ready 1 pinch Carom seeds
  8. Make ready 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  9. Prepare 1 pinch Cumin seeds
  10. Prepare to taste Salt

  7. Divide the dough into balls and roll out,spread the grated cheese and cover with other chapati and roll out
  8. On a heated pan,make parathas applying clarified butter both the sides
  9. Once both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.
  10. Serve hot.
