- Pan pe oil garam kar ke Cholay ka mixture dal ke 5min ke lye fry karein. Thanda kar ke side pe rakh dijiye. (Take pan, heat up the oil, Put all mixture in the pan and fry for 5 mins, take it out and cool down)
- Maida mein salt, Baking powder aur oil mila kar neem garam se sakt goond ke 2 hours ke lye cover kar ke rakh dijiye. (Put salt in flour, baking powder and oil knead it with warm water, cover it for 2 hours and leave)
- Ab maida ke chote chote paide banale. Paide pail kar, us pe steel ki glass rakh ke, chaaro taraf se glass se chipa lijiye. Garam oil mein fry karte huwe, glass side se nikalti jai. (Now make small balls from flour, rol it and cover with a steel glass. Take steel glass and put in hot oil and fry till it turns golden and crisp)
- Phir golden hojai tou fold kar ke ander se b fry karlijiye. Ek ek kar fry karti jai aur open air mein rakhe… Crispy hone ke lye. Ab Cholay ki filling karein. (Once it turns golden, turn it and fry from inside also. Fill with chick pea)
- Sab Filling hone ke baad… Yoghurt, chaat masala aur Haara dhaniye se garnish kar ke serve karein. Ready to serve. Enjoy!. Once all stuff filled, add yogurt, chatt masala and coriander to garnish and serve.
