This dish is one of my favorites. Dal Baaple Churma is a traditional Rajasthani treat. The spicy dal with the sweet churma along with deep fried crunchy batis, its such a treat, which A platter of semi-sweet Churma, spicy Dal and deep-fried Baati, is one such traditional combination. Fresh baatis drowned in piping hot dal is a perfect.

Steps to make Daal baafle,churma,tamatar ki chutney and baigan ka bharta:
  1. Take one cup of wheat flour,add 1 tb spoon ghee. Knead it with water.Make flat bread and fry it with desi ghee. When it gets cool crush it and grind in a mixer jar. Now take 1 tb spoon of ghee in a pan heat it; then put grinded breads into it. Aftr 10 min.add powdered sugar in it and some chopped dry fruits. Sprinkle elaichi powder over it. Your churma is ready.
  2. Cut 4 tomatoes,1onion and 2 chillies into small pieces seperately. Heat oil in a pan thn put cumin seeds,chilli,onion,and tomatoes into it. Then add some salt and get covered the pan for 10 minutes. When it becomes cooked let it dry on flame and sprinkle red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, sugar 2 teaspoon, garam masala 1/2 teaspoon, coriander leaves (chopped). Your chutney is ready.
  3. Take 3 cups of wheat flour,1/2 teaspoon turmeric, soda,and corn flour (makke ka aataa),2 tb spoon oil,salt. Knead it into a medium dough. Now take huge vessel and put 1 and half jug of water and let it boil. Make big balls of dough and put it to boil in water. When the colour of the ball changes. Off the flame,and get it out from water. Now cut the balls into 4 pieces and deep fry it in ghee. Baffle is ready.
  4. Take tuar,urad and moong daal. Wash it and soak for half an hour. Put it into a cooker and add salt and turmeric. Steam it. Thn tak one tomato one onion two chillies and cut it it no small pieces.
  5. Take a pan put 2 tb spoon of ghee and heat up. Put cumin seeds, chilli,onion,and fry it for 2 minutes.Add tomato fry again. Add some coriander powder,chilli powder and steamed daal in it. Mix well. Now add garam masala 1/2 teaspoon. Your daal is ready.
  6. Roast brinjal on flame. Peel it. Thn cut 2 tomatoes and two onions, two chillies and garlic cloves seperately. Now heat 2 tb spoon oil in a pan put cumin seeds, garlic cloves, chilli,onion, fry it for two minutes.add tomatoes. Stir it. When onion leaves oil by it's side mix roasted brinjal. Mash it. Now add coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,and mix well. In the last add garam masala and coriander leaves. Your baigan bhartaa js ready to serve.
