- Boil potato and peal off the skin
- Heat a wok put some oil and let it warm
- Once done add dry red chilly, heeng and cumin seed
- Now add roughly chopped tomato and let it cook till it comes soft
- Once done add red chilli dry power as per taste, generally its very leads in this type of prepration, turmeric powder and again cook for a min.
- Now add boiled potato, don't cut them but break with hand and directly put in wok.
- Mix roughly broken potato with masal and add salt as pe taste, corriender powder and green chilli slits.
- Add some water for cook and mix of masala. Don't pit too much water as this preparation is thick and hardly any gravy.
- Once gravy thikens add crushed kasoori methi,mix and cover again for next one min.
