Now, add the chopped beans and red chillies in the pan and cover the pan with a lid. Once the beans are cooked, turn off the flame and remove the pan from it. Add salt as per your taste and mix well. Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with a mixture of grated coconut.
Instructions to make Beans palya(bhaji):
- Wash and chop beans, carrot and paneer.
- Heat oil in a pan add rai, jeera, urad dal, curry leaves,red chilli and hing and turmeric powder.
- Then add beans, peanuts, carrot, mix it and cook till soft and little water.
- Then add masalas and mix then add paneer mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander and coconut grated and serve with rice and chapati.
