- Boil the beef using spices, seasonings and onions.
- Fry palm oil with onions, add in the boil meat and fry. Add blended mixture. Fry until its dried up.
- Add in beef broth and adjust seasoning. If necessary add in water and allow to boil. Add in the groundnuts and allow to cook for some minutes. Lastly add in the sliced onions and spinach. Allow to steam and serve
- The soup can be served with any swallow of your choice or with masa or sinasir
The pumpkin is essentially to add bulk and thicken the soup. Serve with any swallow of choice. Wash the meat, put maggi, onions and salt. and allow to cook till meat is tender. Get a separate pot and put red oil into it, add the onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper. the pepper should be ground in a mortar with the garlic and ginger and dadawa. then the paste is added to the red oil.
