- First take the oil in a pan. Add grated potatoes. Add a pinch of salt and cover and let the potatoes cook.
- Now add soaked sago, ginger chilli paste, coconut + groundnut, sugar and salt and mix. Now cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally. The stuffing is ready.
- Now take the Rajgara flour in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and ghee, mix well and mix flour with water and make dough. Knead welll. let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Now make roti from the dough and roast partially.
- Add salt and chilli to the curd and make a paste.
- Now spread the curd paste on the roti and spread the stuffing all over. Now spread curd paste on another roti and put it on this stuffing
- Now roast on a griddle until both sides are brown.
- Take in a serving plate and serve with yogurt.
