  9. Make all 9 kozhukattai with 9 mittai's and place it in a oil greeced plate.
  10. In a boiler pour hot water and place kozhuttai plate over a stand. Let it steam for 10 minutes by closing the lid.
  11. Now it's time to open all surprises. All soft kozhukattai's are ready to be served.
