  18. Make ready 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Then cook the onions until they're nicely golden brown, which is key to the flavor of the gravy. Mix till all lumps are gone. Stir with whisk frequently until gravy has thickened. Remove from heat and add mushrooms and onions back into gravy.

  1. Cut the mashrum, capsicum, big onion, tomatoes into long strips.
  2. In a mixy jar add coconut, small onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, groundnut and grind it in to a rough paste.Keep aside.
  3. Heat a pan add oil, big onion, capsicum, tomatoes, curry leaves roast it well.
  4. Add mashrum, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix it well.Cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add rough paste and mix it well. Add water as required and Cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add coriander leaves. Now gravy is ready.
