  5. Take 1 medium over ripe banana mashed
  6. Get 2 tbsp cream or malai (optional)
  7. Prepare 5-6 green cardamom
  8. Take Cooking oil for frying

Steps to make Singhal:
  1. Beat together yoghurt and cream. Powder the cardamom pods.
  2. Take semolina in a mixing bowl.Add sugar, curd mixture, mashed banana and 1/2 cup milk.
  3. Mix well to make a smooth batter. Add more milk if the batter is dry. It's consistency should be like cake batter.
  4. Cover and keep aside for 2 - 3 hours.
  5. Heat oil in a wok. Take a clean plastic bag. Make a cut in the end.
  6. Fill the bag with batter and press the bag so that the batter reached to the point where the bag had a cut.
  7. Drop batter in the hot oil gently making a spiral. (like jelepi)
  8. Fry till golden. Flip and repeat.
  9. Serve these singhal with tea as snack or serve with rabri as dessert.
